I'm Roshan Joseph, a digital marketing manager and software developer. I build the websites I market and market the products I build, as founder of Nexus Digital.
01 · About
Roshan Joseph is a Windsor, Ontario based digital marketing manager and software developer, and the founder of both Nexus Digital (digital marketing & branding) and Nexus SecuTech Solutions (software development & IT). Most agencies hand a finished website to a developer and hope the marketing works out, or hand a campaign brief to a coder with no sense of conversion. Roshan does both ends of that handoff himself: the architecture and the audience, the database schema and the keyword strategy.
That dual lens shapes every engagement. A site he builds is structured for search and answer engines from the first commit. A campaign he runs is informed by exactly how the funnel behind it is built. The result is work that is technically sound and commercially aware at the same time, rather than one discipline patched on top of the other.
Day to day, that means shipping production web applications, auditing client sites for technical and content gaps, and advising on SEO, GEO (generative engine optimization), AEO (answer engine optimization), and branding — backed by hands-on networking and systems administration training (Cisco, Linux, Windows Server) from St. Clair College’s Computer Systems Technician – Networking program.
I moved from Kerala, India to Windsor to study networking at St. Clair College, and ended up running two businesses while I was still in school — partly because I’d already managed marketing campaigns and an e-commerce store back home, and partly because I’m happiest building something end-to-end rather than handing it off halfway through. Nexus Digital and Nexus SecuTech Solutions grew out of that: one client at a time, one server rack in my own home lab at a time.

A production-ready convenience store web application: a Vite and React single-page front end backed by an Express and PostgreSQL API, JWT authentication, and a protected admin dashboard for inventory and orders.
A full digital presence audit for SRP Canada, delivered as a professional report and a 14-slide client presentation with embedded charts, technical findings, and prioritized recommendations.
A dark, gothic-themed website for a Windsor tattoo studio, built in React with an admin-managed gallery so the studio can update portfolio images without touching code.
A custom WordPress theme built from scratch for the Nexus Digital agency site, iterated through multiple rounds to a stable v1.4 with a dedicated services template and a simplified contact flow.
A self-built, enterprise-style multi-server home lab running four servers and Cisco networking equipment, with configured firewall, web hosting, and storage environments. Docker-based deployment hosts live websites and a portfolio system, alongside self-hosted CRM and billing tools and n8n automation workflows.
